A legal dispute between the Filippones and Venusti has been ongoing for several years, both in Superior Court and at the township’s zoning board. In 2007, the Filippones won the right to a 25-foot wide easement over Venusti’s property in Superior Court. They now want the zoning board to confirm that a single-family house can be constructed on their property with a 12-foot wide driveway that would extend across the court-approved easement over Venusti’s property to provide access Midvale Mountain Road.
