Page 4 THE VILLADOM TIMES IV • June 26, 2013 Mahwah During the June 8 Les Paul Birthday Gala, Clare Sheridan was named the winner of two Les Paul guitars. The gala was organized by the Mahwah Museum and held at Ramapo College. Sheridan was the recipient of the first prize, a white Epiphone guitar, Les Paul Standard Royal, signed by Bucky Pizzarelli, Lou Pallo, and others, with a Les Paul autographed pick guard. She also received the second prize: an Epiphone mahogany guitar, Les Paul Studio, autographed by Lou Pallo, Peter Frampton, Al Caiola, and Pete Townshend. Jennifer O’Neill won third prize: a Les Paul and Mary Ford 45 rpm record and Gibson ad autographed by Les Paul. The gala featured entertainment by Bucky Pizzarelli, Ed Laub, Lou Pallo, and Les Paul’s Trio, and an auction. Proceeds from the event benefit the Mahwah Museum. The Mahwah Museum will close for the summer after June 30, and will reopen in September. The Old Station Museum and Caboose, located at 1871 Old Station Lane, Mahwah, will be open to visitors every Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. Admission to the Old Station Museum is $3 per adult.
