Cousins has 15 years of experience in administration in regional long-term care facilities. She holds an MA in public health care administration from New Jersey State University and a BA in psychology from William Patterson College. Dr. Howard Kliman, podiatrist, makes house calls to seniors – and has created a way to help connect seniors with other in-home service providers. One day, after treating a disabled patient in her Englewood home, he told his wife Lilly Kliman, a clinical social worker, that the woman was recently widowed and needed someone to talk to. He asked if she would be willing to make a house call to his patient. She did.
