Page 6 THE VILLADOM TIMES IV • February 13, 2013 Ramsey Ramsey High School’s annual scholarship drive is now under way. Principal Dr. Michael Thumm is seeking corporations, service organizations, and individuals who would like to know about the high school’s scholarship program. Donors set their own criteria for their award and all seniors meeting the eligibility requirements are encouraged to apply by the May 1 application deadline. Each year, a list of the available scholarships is made known to Ramsey High School seniors during the beginning of April. A 17member Scholarship Committee consisting of administrators, guidance counselors, and representatives from each of the subject area departments reviews each organization’s criteria and the applications and determines the recipients. Awards for this year’s seniors will be presented during the Senior Scholarship Program held on June 17. Sponsors are encouraged to participate in the evening’s program. For details about the scholarship program, contact Dr. Thumm’s office at (201) 785-2300, extension 21503.
