Mildred Blasko, nee Larsen, of Maywood, formerly of Waldwick, died Jan. 10. She was 87. She graduated from Teaneck High School in 1943. She was a member of The Mission Church of Paramus, and a participant in the women’s fellowship. She began nurse’s training at the Medical Center of Jersey City, but discontinued her pursuit due to the need to care for her ailing father. She worked as an office assistant for physicians in Teaneck for 17 years and at Bergen Pines County Hospital Nursing Office for 17 years. She is survived by her son Scott Miller of Arizona, her granddaughter Debbie Miller of Arizona, and her nieces Patricia Halko and Patricia Stryker Joseph. She was predeceased by her husband Michael Blasko, her son Barry Miller, and her siblings Clare Larsen Stryker, Torrey Larsen, and Stan Larsen. Elizabeth M. “Betty” Kilcoyne, nee Cosgrove, of Allendale died Jan. 16. She was 78. Before retiring, she worked in accounts receivable for Financial Services Inc. in Glen Rock. She was a parishioner of Guardian Angel R.C. Church in Allendale, where she served as a volunteer for many of the parish’s ministries and brought Communion to the sick as an extraordinary minister of the Holy Eucharist. She is survived by her children Moira Kilcoyne, Don Kilcoyne, Stephen Kilcoyne, and Beth Ann Verblaauw, four grandchildren, and her brother David Cosgrove. He was Marie Stella Antonelli president and principal of County Trust Company in Garfield. After a brief retirement, he founded NJ Lenders Corp., where he was chairman of the board. He was a parishioner of Saint Gabriel’s R.C. Church in Saddle River. He is survived by his wife Marie (nee Merlo) of Ho-Ho-Kus, his sons John II of Mendham and Donald of Ho-Ho-Kus, four grandchildren, and his siblings Dom Maita and Mary Ann Mitchell. Niclus of Toms River, formerly of Ho-HoKus, died Jan. 15. He was 84. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a supervisor in the Bergen County Shade Tree Department for many years. He was a 29-year member of the American Legion Post 130 of Midland Park, and a life member of the New Jersey and New York Volunteer Fireman’s Association. He is survived by his daughters Mary T. He is survived by his wife Antoinette Perazzo (nee Di Mari) of Upper Saddle River, his son Vincent Perazzo, his daughter-in-law Joyce of Mahwah, and two grandchildren. He was born in Sicily, Italy and came to the United States in 1962. Church in Ho-Ho-Kus, and a member of the Midland Park Knights of Columbus. She was a member of the Bergen Genealogy Society, the Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Brownstone Quilters. She is survived by her husband Howard Tynan, her son James Tynan, her sister-in-law Lynne Kanen, and her grandson Slade Tynan. The fee for dairy-milk will be $50 in 2013 and later rise to $75. License fees for ice cream and mobile vendors will be $100 in 2013 and will remain at that rate afterward. The fee for keeping poultry or fowl and for special temporary licenses will be $50 for 2013 and beyond. Fees for pet shops/grooming/boarding will be $150 this year and rise to $175 afterward.
