For over 28 consecutive years, this Waldwick resident’s posters have been a New Orleans Mardi Gras tradition. Local artist exhibits newest Mardi Gras poster During her appearance at Universal Orlando Resort in Florida, Mistretta signed posters and her awardingwinning book, “Mardi Gras Parade of Posters,” which includes a foreword by “Mr. Mardi Gras” Blaine Kern. Her poster series will be on display through May. The Mardi Gras exhibit was featured as part of the opening of “A Year in the Life: Backstage to Onstage at Universal Orlando Resort.”
