‘Thoroughly Modern Millie’ was recently performed by the seventh and eighth grade students at Ho-Ho-Kus Public School. A zany musical that takes place in New York City in the 1920s, the show is full of intrigue and jazz, complete with frisky flappers, dashing leading men, and a mean villainess. The hard work and enthusiasm of more than 60 students involved as cast, stage crew, and pit band members combined with direction from dedicated staff members produced a thoroughly enjoyable show.
