She was a 1997 graduate of Northern Highlands Regional High School in Allendale, and a 2002 graduate of Ramapo College in Mahwah. She played softball for both Northern Highlands and Ramapo College. She was employed by Med Assets in Saddle River as supervisor of critical appeals. She is survived by her husband Anthony Iovino, her parents Barbara and Robert Roth, mother and father-in-law Debbie and Dennis Armento, and her uncle and aunt Peter Barna and Katrina Duffy. Loncto of Ridgewood and Wappingers Falls, New York, died May 17. He was 30. He was employed as an ironworker at Altona Metal Fabrications and helped construct the new Giants Stadium. He was a talented metal sculptor. He is survived by his mother of Kim Lynch of June M. Bakelaar Ridgewood, his siblings Stacey Virzi of Mount Kisco, New York and Michael Loncto of Greenwood Lake, New York, and his stepsiblings Eric Kaltman of San Francisco, California and Laura Kaltman of Brooklyn, New York. He is also survived by his grandparents Rita Lynch and Raymond Loncto, and his nephew and niece Lucas Virzi and Sofia Virzi. She was a mother, grandmother and a recent great-grandmother. She was the wife of Neil J. McCauley. She is survived by her son Kevin and his wife Debbie and their daughters Lauren and Kristen. Memorial donations may be made to Saint Elizabeth Church. Albert A. Nejmeh of Marrowstone Island, Washington, formerly of Hawthorne, died May 14 in the line of duty. He was serving in his capacity as a Tacoma firefighter. He was a member of Ladder 2, Station 8 and of the department’s Technical Rescue Team. He was a 1971 graduate of Hawthorne High School and a 1975 graduate of Montclair State University. He was a wrestler and football player while at Hawthorne High School, and was distinguished as a Bergen Record “All Century Football Player” in 2000 for his role on Hawthorne’s undefeated 1970 gridiron team. He was an environmentalist, conservationist, philanthropist, community volunteer, singer, songwriter, poet, author, sailor, cyclist, teacher, and builder. He was the captain of the Hudson River sloop “Clearwater,” and served many years on “Pride of Baltimore” and “Adventuress.” He is survived by his mother Mary, his siblings Gail, Greg, and Brian, and seven nieces and nephews. Peter Totten Zimmermann of New York City, formerly Shirley Marie McCauley Grace E. Bergen Albert A. Nejmeh of Ramsey, died May 18. He was 46. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in management and a concentration in finance. He spent most of his professional career in New York City, beginning in mortgage finance at Thompson McKinnon and Franklin Savings Association. He moved into portfolio management at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and then to Appaloosa Management LP. He was a director at Garrison Investment Group, and later the COO position at American Bancard in Boca Raton, Florida. Most recently, he was a financial consultant, specializing in analyzing commercial and residential backed securities at Dynamic Credit Partners LLC., New York. He is survived by his wife Yana Dedova, who is expecting a child, his parents Robert Frederick Zimmermann and Patricia Ponton Zimmermann, and his sister Susan Zimmermann Cass and brother-in-law Albert John Cass III. He was 87. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a watchmaker by trade and founded Plaza Jewelers of Waldwick in 1952. He retired in 1998. He was the last surviving charter member of the Waldwick Lions Club and served as its president in 1956. He is survived by his wife Marie (nee Wickenheisser), his children George of West Chester Pennsylvania, Barbara Ten Eyck of Galloway, and James of Waldwick. He is also survived by his stepchildren Kathy Garbaccio of Glen Rock and Mark Wisnewski of Sparta, nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
