Learn about ‘Gardening with Bulbs’ Master Gardener Wiebke Hinsch will present a slide program, “Gardening with Bulbs,” at the Glen Rock Garden Club’s Feb. 19 meeting. This 7:45 p.m. session will be held at the Glen Rock Municipal Annex Building at 678 Maple Avenue. Hinsch has been an active member of the Bergen County Master Gardeners since 2001. All are welcome. Refreshments will be served. Seniors host Potluck Luncheon The Glen Rock Senior Citizens Club will hold a Potluck Luncheon on Wednesday, Jan. 23 at the municipal annex on Maple Avenue. The event will begin at 1 p.m. Attendees are asked to bring a favorite dish. Portions should be large enough to feed six to eight people. Those who do not wish to bring a dish may pay $8 to attend. School sets Open House schedule The Academy of Our Lady will celebrate Catholic Congregation makes ‘Joyful Noise’ The first Sunday of each month, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Glen Rock presents its Joyful Noise worship service at 10:30 a.m. This service is more upbeat and contemporary than the traditional Sunday service. The next Joyful Noise service will be held Feb. 3. The church is located at 233 South Highwood Avenue.
