by Frank J. McMahon The Monmouth University Polling Institute and Graduate Program in Public Policy has rated the Franklin Lakes website as the second best in the State of New Jersey. The announcement was made at an awards ceremony held at Monmouth University.
The ceremony was held to recognize municipalities that demonstrate best practices in using their websites to inform and engage residents.
