September 19, 2012 THE VILLADOM TIMES IV • Page 13 Hikers earn grand view Three girls from Brownie Troop 4330 in Mahwah, along with two of their siblings, hiked 4.52 miles of the Appalachian Trail in Vernon as part of the Great Girl Scout Hike commemorating the 100-year anniversary of the Girl Scouts. The hikers, who included Gianna Belotti, Carissa Weber, and Sean Weber, reached a level of 1,200 feet and got a spectacular view.
