Daekyo America has announced the Oct. 16 opening of its newest Eye Level Learning Center in Ramsey. The Ramsey Learning Center joins the 158 franchise learning centers in the United States and more than 780 worldwide. The Eye Level Program, which serves over 2.5 million students throughout the world, provides English and math curricula to children ages three through 15. For over 30 years, the supplementary and enrichment programs have been based on an educational principle that allows students to learn at their own pace.
