School seeks vendors for fair Saint Elizabeth School, located at 700 Greenwood Avenue in Wyckoff, is seeking vendors for its Annual Christmas Boutique and Craft Fair scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 17. Club hosts Beauty & Style benefit Join the Woman’s Club of Ridgewood on Nov. 1 for the Second Annual Beauty and Style Event for the Festive Season Ahead. This program will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. at clubhouse located at 215 West Ridgewood Avenue in Ridgewood. Proceeds will benefit Family Promise, a partnership of volunteers working to help New Jersey’s homeless and low-income families. The event will feature “Runway to Reality,” fashions by W by Worth and other notable local vendors showcased in a boutique. Wine, cheese, and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Reservations are $50 per person, $25 of which is tax deductible. The cost is $450 for a table of 10. The Woman’s Club of Ridgewood is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community and supporting women, children, and the elderly. Monster Mash comes to Wyckoff Y The Wyckoff Y’s Halloween Dance Party and Monster Mash will be held on Oct. 24 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at The Wyckoff Family YMCA, 691 Wyckoff Avenue in Wyckoff. This fright-filled night will include food, crafts, and games, a DJ, and a haunting good time for all. Admission is $20 per family. This event is open to members and non-members. Greek Comedy fundraiser set The Philoptochos Society of Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Wyckoff will present Greek-American comedian Basile on Saturday, Oct. 20. The show will be held in the Fellowship Hall at the church located at 467 Grandview Avenue in Wyckoff. Proceeds from the event will benefit the charities sponsored by Philoptochos. The

evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with appetizers and cash bar. The show will begin at 8:30 p.m. and will be followed by dessert and coffee, a DJ and dancing. West Bergen holds fundraiser West Bergen Mental Healthcare, a non-profit counseling and psychiatric center located in Ridgewood, is selling tickets for its fifth annual fundraiser. Five hundred tickets are expected to be sold at $50 per ticket. First prize is 25 percent of proceeds, second prize is 15 percent, and third prize is 10 percent. The winners will be announced at “A Fall Night of Fine Dining,” which is set for Monday, Nov. 5 at the Indian Trail Club in Franklin Lakes. Contestants need not be present to win. All proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit the programs and services of West Bergen, including the Center for Children and Youth, which provides counseling, therapy, and addiction treatment services for young people,
Town & Country Apothecary of Ridgewood recently held a fundraiser to benefit the Audrey Hepburn Children’s House at Hackensack Hospital.
