Supportive Senior Solutions offers peace of mind
upportive Senior Solutions, LLC is a private practice dedicated to assisting seniors and their families. Led by Founder and President Christine Souffront, the practice offers objective assessments, case management, relocation assistance, companion care, transportation, socialization activities, family mediation, and more. Services are available at home, and in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Christine helps families who need shortterm guidance navigating services and those who need more ongoing case management, whether at home or in a nursing or assisted living setting. She frequently gets calls from families who need to know if their loved one can continue to live at home. Christine goes right to the home of the senior and assesses the individual’s level of care and current living arrangements. When living at home is still an option, Christine develops a plan Christine Souffront and oversees it to make sure that all the senior’s needs will be met. When living at home is no longer an option, families rely on her expertise to help them choose the right housing and care options. “As a former administrator for several residential care communities, I understand how nursing and assisted living communities work and what drives them,” Christine says. “I teach families how to select the right community for them and coach them through the process.” She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Ramapo College and a master’s degree of social work from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service. She is a licensed social worker and has been a member of the National Association of Social Workers since 1999. She also holds certification as a Certified Assisted Living Administrator. “My clients and colleagues can tell you that I have a deep passion and personal commitment to this work. I sleep well at night knowing that I’ve made a real difference in the lives of seniors and their families,” Christine adds. Christine’s office is located at 79 North Franklin Turnpike, Suite C (lower level), in Ramsey. Visit www.SupportiveSeniorSolutions.com or call (201) 290-4084.
