Museum to host Gallery Talk with Russ Paul
Mahwah Museum Society will present a Gallery Talk with Russ Paul on Tuesday, April 17 at 7:30 p.m. in the museum’s upstairs gallery located at 201 Franklin Turnpike in Mahwah. The son of Les Paul, Russ is an actively performing musician. He will share memories and stories about his father, and give listeners a unique glimpse into the life of a music legend. 0099. The museum’s exhibit, “Les Paul in Mahwah,” will continue through June. Tickets for the contest for two autographed Les Paul guitars are on sale now; the winner will be announced at the upcoming Les Paul Gala on June 9 at Ramapo College. Les Paul
The Mahwah Schools Foundation will hold its 13th Annual Golf Classic on Monday, April 30 at the High Mountain Golf Club in Franklin Lakes. This year’s honoree will be Mahwah Police Chief James Batelli, who is being recognized for his dedication to the township and the safety and well-being of the children in the community.

The event will begin at 11:30 a.m. with registration and lunch. Tee off will be at 12:30 p.m., and cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will follow at 5 p.m. The event will feature a special auction and a basket fundraiser.
