The pre-sale for fragrances and Shopping event to benefit schools in Allendale cosmetics began Sept. 1. The pre-sales for all other departments will begin Sept. 29. For The Ramsey Board of Education and the Ramsey Teachers Association jointly announced the signing of a tentative contract agreement late last month. The proposal will cover the 2010-11 and 2012-13 school years. Officials said details would be released after both parties ratified the pact. The teachers and secretaries received a presentation on the agreement last week, after which time they were expected to vote on the contract.
