The clinic is free of charge, and Upper Saddle River residency is not required. The players will warm up, run drills, and play a brief game. Built-in breaks and other accommodations will be made. Each participant will require a parent shadow for all clinics. All players will receive a T-shirt. These 45-minute clinics will be held on Saturdays at 1 p.m. at Reynolds Field starting Sept. 15. Tickets available for MRCC event There are still a few slots available for golf and tennis, and sponsorship opportunities for those who would like to participate in the Mahwah Regional Chamber of Commerce’s 21st Annual Golf Outing and Humanitarian Dinner Fundraiser. The event is set for Sept. 10 at the Tuxedo Club in Tuxedo, New York. At the dinner, the Chamber will honor Ridgewood resident David F. Bolger as Humanitarian of the Year. A well-known philanthropist, Bolger has chosen The Valley Hospital Foundation as the recipient of a portion of the proceeds. Bolger is the president of the Bolger Foundation, which has made more than $75 million in philanthropic donations since 2000, and has supported those working on behalf of health care, disadvantaged youth, churches, seniors, mental health programs, conservation activities, and educational opportunities. Fyke plans September events Fyke Nature Association invites members of the community to its Sept. 8 guided walk at the Celery Farm Natural Area on Franklin Turnpike in Allendale. Nature-lovers of all ages and birders of all levels are welcome. Participants will meet at 8 a.m. at Green Way, and are encouraged to wear long pants and socks and to bring water and bug spray. Attendees are invited to attend one or both days, and join the regulars at the lookout. The group has hopes of spotting a big broad-winged hawk flight. Brien Szabo will present “The Glorious Variety of Nature This group of boys got up close and personal with an albino boa constructor at Saint Alban’s Episcopal Church courtesy of ‘Outragehissss Pets.’ Saint Alban’s, which is located at 1 Church Lane in Oakland, invites the community to its Kick-off Sunday on Sept. 9.
