She immigrated to the United States from the Philippines in 1973. She was a parishioner of Saint Anne R.C. Church in Fair Lawn and an assistant branch manager with TD Bank in Franklin Lakes for 11 years. She is survived by her children Celine Spino and husband Steven, grandson Brandon Dominic Spino, and her siblings Reynaldo, Zosimo G. Jr., Francelina and Myrna Arceo and Aurora Domingo. Bush Jr. of Wyckoff, formerly of Waldwick, died Feb. 20. He was 91. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of WWII. Before retiring in 1992, he was a first senior vice president at National Community Bank in West Paterson. He is survived by his wife Mary, his children Karen Bush of Wayne and Elmer Bush III of West Milford, and two great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son Richard Bush and his grandson Edward Bush. Arrangements were made by Vander Plaat Funeral Home in Wyckoff. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII. He graduated from the University of Iowa in 1942 and earned an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania in 1948. He was a CPA. After retiring as a partner with Arthur Andersen in the 1970s, he began work as manager of Emporium Specialties, a position he maintained for over 25 years. He is survived by his children Meredith Deupree of Bloomfield and Marvin Deupree Jr. of Upper Montclair, and by his grandson Lucas Deupree. He was predeceased by his wife Katherine. Lester Handelsman, formerly of Upper Saddle River, died Jan. 30. He was the owner of Handelsman Realty and Allsafe Alarm Systems in Teaneck. He is survived by her children Hinda Richards of Flowery Branch, Georgia, Marshall Handelsman of McHenry, Illinois, Henry Handelsman of Woodstock, Illinois, and Ira Handelsman of Crystal Lake, Illinois, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Elsie Anna Nagelhout, nee Lagerveld, of Glen Rock, formerly of Paterson, died Feb. 19. She was 83. She was a graduate of Eastside High School and worked as a florist for her family’s business, Lagerveld Florist. She was a member of Abundant Life Reformed Church in Wyckoff, and a former member of Union Reformed Church in Franklin Lakes. She was the chairwoman of the Abundant Life Prayer Chain group. She is survived by her husband John Nagelhout of Glen Rock, her children Gary Nagelhout of Wappingers Falls, New York, Joyce Lynn Nagelhout, and Roy John Nagelhout, both of Glen Rock, four grandchil- dren, and one great-grandchild. He was born in Fiume, Italy and grew up in Pola, Istria. He is survived by his wife Pia (nee Zustovich), his children Carol Licata of Upper Saddle River and John of Ramsey, eight grandchildren, and his niece Orietta Colajanni. Warren Jeffrey Richman of Glen Rock, formerly of Allendale and Ewing Township, died Feb. 21. He was 61. He is survived by his son Justin Harold Richman, his brother Steven, his Aunt Diane, a niece and nephew, many cousins, and his partner Kelly Wiessner and her children, Kat and James. He is survived by his children Richard J. of Fair Lawn, Ralph of West Bloomfield, Michigan, and Eileen Black of Wyckoff, three grandchildren, and his sisters Kay Conway of Wayne and Lucy Conway of Hasbrouck Heights.
