He had been vice president of human resources at Cory Holdings, LLC, a former Harley Davidson dealership owner, and an affiliate of the Teamsters Union. He was a parishioner of Church of the Presentation in Upper Saddle River. He is survived by his wife Patricia and his children Christine Carbone of Hoboken; Janet Thomas of Mahwah; and Raymond, Nicole DeMilia, and Aimee DeMilia-Newsham, all of Upper Saddle River. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and his brother John A. DeMilia. He was predeceased by his three sisters and three brothers. Arrangements were made by Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home in Ramsey. Marion Ellen Edwards of Waldwick died Dec. 4. She was 89. Before retiring, she was a bookkeeper at the Cedar Lawn Cemetery and Crematory in Paterson. She had been a member of the Upper Ridgewood Community Church. Ellersick of Midland Park died Dec. 4. She was 46. She was a former front end manager at the ShopRite of Rochelle Park. She was a parishioner of the Church of the Nativity in Midland Park. She is survived by her mother Barbara (nee Geotz) Ellersick of Midland Park, her siblings Tony Ellersick, Tom Ellersick, and Jennine Ellersick, all of Midland Park; Christine Bullock of Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania; and Elaine McLoughlin of Washington Township; and nine nieces and nephews. Professionally known as Dorothy Hoarton, she was accepted as a Radio City Music Hall Rockette in 1947 and she performed for 20 years. She later worked with renowned producers Leon Leonidoff and Russell Markert. She is survived by her cousin Margaret Rolfs, her brother-in-law James Plascyk, her step-children Bettina Eyl Adams and Peter Eyl, three nieces, and five step-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Henri Eyl, her parents James A. and Bridget Hoar, and her siblings James T. Hoar and Margaret Plascyk. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel R.C. Church in Ridgewood. He is survived by his wife Maria, his daughter Isabella, his mother of Eileen, and his siblings Paul, Kenneth, Keith, and Jeannine. He was predeceased by his brother Gregg. He was a graduate of Queen of Peace High School in North Arlington and Fairleigh Dickinson University in Rutherford. He was the managing director for Four Springs Capital, LLC in Lake Como for the past five years. Previously, he worked as a financial investment analyst for A.G. Edwards, and Shearson Lehman Brothers, both in New Jersey. He served on the board of trustees for the condominium association of Society Hill at Kilmer Woods in Mahwah for the past 20 years, and was its president for the last 15 years. He is survived by his brother of Mark McConville and sister-in-law Nancy, and his nephews John and Joseph McConville. He was predeceased by his parents Virginia (nee Marino) and Michael J. Patricia McManus, nee Scaneo, of Ramsey died Dec. 2. She was 67. She was an executive assistant of marketing for A&P Corporation in Montvale for 15 years. McManus of Ramsey, her sons Terrence of Sicklerville and Daniel of Fair Lawn, five grandchildren, and her sister Rosemary Rippas of Ridgewood. James “Robbie” Robertson of Ramsey, formerly of Kearneysville, West Virginia, and Santa Barbara and Belvedere, California, died Dec. 1. He was 84. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was a graduate of Shepard College and earned a master’s degree from Penn State. He taught for 30 years at Ramsey High School, ending his career as the supervisor of the health and physical education department for Ramsey Public Schools. He coached football, basketball, and track. He started the sex education program in 1958. He also served on the board of the Northern New Jersey Planned Parenthood in the 1960s and ‘70s. He is survived by his wife Mary (Grant) Robertson, son Jim Robertson, daughter Mary McConnell, and three grandchildren. Joyce Terrano, nee Studler, of Mahwah, formerly of Saddle River, died Dec. 6. She was 63. Before retiring in 2004, she was the owner of Anthony Placido’s Beauty Salon in Rutherford. She was a member of Hawthorne Gospel Church, where she was a member of the Bible study fellowships and was the coordinator for the Divorce Care 4 Kids program. She was a volunteer at the Christian Health Care Center in Wyckoff. She is survived by her husband John of Mahwah; her children and their spouses Julie and Ryan Greaney of Ridgewood and Anthony and Marybeth LoSauro-Terrano of Ridgewood; six grandchildren; and her sisters Mary Ann Chojnacki of Brick and Sherry Nemeth of Rockaway. Ruth Helen Wiley of Ridgewood died Dec. 5. She was 95. She was a 1935 graduate of Ridgewood High School and a 1937 graduate of Katherine Gibbs School in New York City. She worked as a secretary for the New York Academy of Medicine from 1939 to 1952, was a private secretary to the dean at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons from 1952 to 1965, and was the administrative assistant to the director of psychiatry at Saint Luke’s Hospital in New York City from 1965 to 1978. Before retiring in 1978, she was a Valley Hospital volunteer, and worked with the Meals on Wheels program for 19 years. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel R.C. Church in Ridgewood, and a member of the Mount Carmel Rosary Altar Society. She is survived by her niece Patricia Wiley of Montpelier, Vermont, her nephew David Wiley of Arlington, Virginia, her niece Susanne DiLeo of Coopersburg, Pennsylvania, and five grand-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Albert J. Wiley and Anna Minogue Wiley, and her siblings Marian Wiley and Robert Wiley. Arrangements were made by Feeney Funeral Home in Ridgewood.
