The 24 participants are forced to eliminate their competitors, literally, and all citizens are required to watch. When 16-year-old Katniss’ younger sister Prim is selected, Katniss volunteers to take her place. This movie is rated PG-13. Snacks will be served. The Teen Advisory Board is seeking members to suggest, plan, and help run teen programs at the library.
