Ridgewood officials report that the train station parking lot and Wilsey Square street parking will be under construction from Sept. 10 through 12. Commuters are urged to seek alternate parking spots during these three days of milling, curb work, and paving. The Ridgewood Parks and Recreation Department will offer art instruction for adults at the Stable, 259 North Maple Avenue in Ridgewood. Watercolors with Lisa Miller will meet on Wednesday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. beginning Sept. 19. The cost is $95 for six classes. Acrylics with Sandi Chanoch will be offered in two sessions: Tuesdays from 1 to 3 p.m., and an evening class on Thursdays from 7 to 9 p.m. These classes will begin Sept.
