darity with concerned men in the United States and around the world. “This year, half the male members of the police force are participating in the fun,” said Patrolman Mark Tagliareni. “This is the second year we are partaking in the effort. We raised over $1,000 last year, and this year we are almost at $500. We hope to raise close to $2,000 this year.” Those who want to support the police moustache campaign may contact police officers or visit the team on the page at mobro.co/WyckoffPBA.

It is definitely a conversation starter when three or four cops show up at a call wearing moustaches.” The moustache contest will run through most of the month, with the final showdown to be held at 3 Chicas Restaurant on Nov. 28. Manager Lee Parker has volunteered to donate $20 percent of that day’s proceeds to the cause. J. KOSTER
