Ridgewood May 30, 2012 THE VILLADOM TIMES II • Page 11 Five Ridgewood High School students recently presented an economic forecast for the domestic economy and made monetary policy recommendations at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as part of the annual Fed Challenge. Seniors Mark French and Karl Khambatta, and juniors Abdullah Adnan, Sam Kaminer, and Farhad Ranji represented RHS in the competition. All members of the team are enrolled in Advanced Placement microeconomics/macroeconomics and are members of the RHS Finance Club. Several additional members of the Finance Club helped the team prepare the 26-page research report on the state of the American economy. Those club members included Robert Marchini, Jing Su, Hannah Yang, Drew Weber, Ilan Nathanson, Nick Tselios, Storm Dublier, and Thomas Lum. Tim Monahan is the group’s advisor.
