Finalists and winners were chosen by an independent panel of judges including Mary Ann T. Donohue, Ph.D., RN, APN, NEA-BC, Jersey Shore University Medical Center; Dr. Richard Dool, Seton Hall University; Dr. Vincent Grasso; D.N.
