This family event will be held Monday, Sept. 3 at The Glen Rock Pool at 390 Doremus Avenue. The Arboretum Run includes a 5K race that will start at 8:30 a.m., a Junior Mile Run that will begin at 9:30 a.m., and a Fun Run that will begin at 9:45 a.m. The fee for the 5K is $25 per person. Participants in the other two events will be charged $10 each. Applications are available online at glenrockjaycees. org. Applicants may register by mail by downloading the application and mailing the completed form with a check made payable to the Glen Rock Jaycees to: P.O. 152, Glen Rock, NJ 07452 by Aug. 25. The Jaycees, a nonprofit organization, sponsors and supports community activities. Local organizations that benefit from the group’s activities include the Glen Rock Police, fire department, ambulance corps, public library, and Boy and Girl Scout organizations.
