Bolger was instrumental in getting the condominium owners to provide the necessary right of way easement so the library trustees could clean up the hillside. A landscaper was hired to remove dead trees, overgrowth and garbage accumulated over years of neglect. “Because Pease Library is so beautiful, they wanted the adjacent property to look nice too,” said Assistant Library Director Chris Yurgelonis. Saraceno said the trustees would make an effort to maintain the area clean in the future.
