This year, LAN decided to use this day as a fundraising opportunity for a local Wyckoff charity, 074ATE1, and matched every dollar that was raised by its employees. A total of $650 was raised. LAN goes pink for 074ATE1 Terrie O’Connor, president of Terrie’ O’Connor Realtors, has announced that Juliana Sullivan is the top sales associate in the Ridgewood office for the month of September. Sullivan has been in the real estate business for over a year and a half and has quickly launched a promising career. The two main components of her business approach are educating her clients about the market and providing support from the beginning to the end of a transaction. Sullivan studied psychology at the College of New Jersey and worked at an outpatient treatment center for over two years before joining Terrie O’Connor Realtors. Her background has given her the experience to assess her clients’ needs and coach them through the home buying and selling process. Born and raised in Midland Park, Sullivan comes from a family with an established real estate background. Her grandmother is a Realtor and her father owns and operates a construction company that specializes in building and renovating homes in northern Bergen County. Sullivan is an active member of the Woman’s Club of Ridgewood and serves on the Community Service Committee at the Real Source Association of Realtors. She recently teamed up with Move for Hunger to raise awareness and join the fight against hunger.
