The event will be held at the High Mountain Golf Club at 845 Ewing Avenue in Franklin Lakes. Auxiliary members and guests are welcome. Church holds Yard & Bake Sale Grace Methodist Church and Nursery School will hold a multi-family Yard and Bake Sale on Saturday, June 2. The sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 555 Russell Avenue in Wyckoff. Wyckoff Day participants sought The Wyckoff Family YMCA and the Wyckoff Day Committee will hold the Third Annual Wyckoff Day on Saturday, June 9 from noon to 6 p.m. at the Y’s 14acre campus at 691 Wyckoff Avenue. This fun-filled day will include live music, food, a vendor village, children’s rides, family-friendly games, activities for all ages, and a performance by the Dave Fields Band. New attractions this year will be a family scavenger hunt and a chili cookoff sponsored by the Wyckoff Chamber of Commerce that will benefit the Wyckoff Fire Department and Ambulance Corps. Participation from civic organizations, schools, the Wyckoff Chamber of Com- merce, local merchants, charitable organizations, houses of worship, friends, and neighbors will contribute to the success of this day, which is all about celebrating community. Register for upcoming programs Grace Nursery School, located at 555 Russell Avenue in Wyckoff, is currently registering students for its summer camp and fall nursery school programs. Grace’s “Summer Full of Fun” summer camp offers eight weeks of programming for children. Choose two-, three-, and fiveday camps on any weeks. Camp runs June 25 through Aug. 17 from 9 a.m. to noon. Registration for the nursery school’s 2012-13 year is under way. Chamber seeks sponsors for float The Wyckoff Chamber of Commerce is offering sponsorship opportunities for its Memorial Day Parade Float. Memorial Day activities set The Annual Wyckoff Memorial Day Ceremonies and Parade will be held Monday, May 28, beginning with the Veterans’ Memorial Service at 10 a.m. on the lawn of the Wyckoff Reformed Church on Wyckoff Avenue, site of the Township’s War Memorial. All local Gold Star Mothers, military Frick is 2012 youth honoree Despite being diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis at 18 months, Lily Frick, now a first grader at George Washington School in Wyckoff, has not allowed arthritis to impede her from her favorite activities: swimming, jazz, ballet, and playing piano. This year, she has been chosen as the Youth Honoree at the 2012 Bergen County Arthritis Walk where she and her family will walk to raise money, awareness and hope that a cure will someday be found. The walk will be held on Sunday, May 20 at 10 a.m. at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck. Shugarman to address Chamber Wyckoff Environmental Commission Chairperson Harriet Shugarman will address the Wyckoff Chamber of Commerce on May 17. The program will be held at 8 a.m. at the Larkin House, 380 Godwin Avenue in Wyckoff. Chamber members will also discuss the local shopping initiative and enjoy a light breakfast.
