Page 6 THE VILLADOM TIMES I • June 27, 2012 Area Good sports The Wyckoff Education Association recently named Alexandra “Sasha” Churickova and Emily Doughan as the winners of the WEA’s second annual scholarship for graduating high school seniors. Each winner received a plaque and a $1,500 scholarship at a June awards program. Churickova attended Washington School and Eisenhower Middle School. She is a graduate of the Science, Medicine and Research University Program at Indian Hills High School and represented her class as valedictorian. This fall, she will attend the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Churickova recently served as a volunteer and then as chief coordinator of The Math Academy, an enrichment program in Paterson.
