Members are appointed for three-year terms, during which they will promote the bank to individuals and businesses throughout the communities in Bergen, Morris, and Passaic counties where the bank maintains branches. New appointees to the bank’s Bergen board are Linda A. Brock, office manager of Vander Plaat Funeral Home of Wyckoff, and Jeffrey R. Van Inwegen, M.D, president and medical director of New Jersey Regional Eye Care in Ramsey. Newly appointed to the bank’s Passaic board are George Schaaf, director, Western Union in Montvale, and Donald G. Matthews, Esq., partner at Galante & Matthews, Esqs. in Wayne.
