She will serve at the bank’s Midland Park Office located at 630 Godwin Avenue. McGlynn has 11 years of information technology experience, most recently as an IT client implementation and support manager. Her experience includes information technology management, project management, facilities management, and security. McGlynn received a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Ramapo College of New Jersey and a master’s certificate in IS/IT project management from Villanova University. She was chosen as a “New Leader in Banking” by the New Jersey Bankers Association in 2010. McGlynn is a member of the Paramus (continued on page 17) Jennifer McGlynn Midland Park taxpayers can expect their 2012-13 property tax bills in the mail this week, only a few days later than customary due to a delay in the county’s releasing the necessary information. The deadline for payment has been extended from Aug. 10 to Aug. 15, according to Borough Clerk/Administrator Addie Hanna. Hanna said that the new tax rate struck by the county based on the recent revaluation is $2.571 per $100 of assessed valuation. The previous rate was $3.13 per $100 of valuation. This includes municipal, school, county and New tax bills going out this week local and county open space taxes. The borough underwent a town wide property revaluation in 2011 under a state mandate. The previous revaluation had been in effect since 2003. The average price per home is now set at $392,600. Total ratable property in town is $1,062 billion, up from $862 million, a 23.3 percent increase. Residences comprise 81 percent of ratables. Of the 2,421 properties in town, 132 are commercial, 40 industrial and 56 are tax exempt properties.
