Martel) Mahwah Town Council Member (volunteer - I would not accept Health Insurance or the $7,000 annual stipend appointed on April 1, 2011) I’m willing to share myself and my family personally with the Township of Mahwah and its residents. Crossroads Retail - I have no problem with small scale retail at this site. I’m concerned about the proposed large box stores [i.e. Costco, Wal-Mart] regarding traffic and safety Traffic & road safety - Some examples: Ridge Road, approx 1,500 feet of school zone frontage - with 4 public schools needs solar lighted school speed zone signs. Intersection of Seminary & Campgaw Roads - blinker light needed at minimum to cut down on numerous motor vehicle accidents.
