Annual run benefits public schools
The community turned out in record numbers for a celebration of fitness, family ,and excellence in education at the annual 10K/5K/Kid Run races hosted by the Mahwah Schools Foundation at Darlington County Park. In addition to the 10K and 5K races, the event included free food, a fundraiser, games, a health fair, and the second annual Kid Run. Participants helped raise nearly $35,000 for grants to be given to Mahwah’s six public schools.
