November 2, 2011 THE VILLADOM TIMES IV • Page 15 Mahwah Rusty Paul to share memories of his father Rusty Paul, son of Les Paul, will appear at the Mahwah Museum, 201 Franklin Turnpike in Mahwah, on Nov. 8 at 7:30 p.m. for an evening of conversation. He will share personal memories of his father. “We’re delighted to host this conversation with Russ,” said Tom Dunn, president of the Mahwah Museum Society. “Many know Les Paul through his inventions, recordings, and performances. Russ will share with us his personal memories of his father. It’s a unique opportunity to gain insights about the man that is considered the world’s most accomplished, influential, and revered guitarists.” “Les Paul in Mahwah: A Tribute,” a nearly 1,000 square foot exhibit, tells the story of Les Paul through rare and unique artifacts from his Mahwah home, including a reconstructed studio and workshop that until now had only been seen by his friends. The exhibit is open on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. and admission to this exhibit is $5. Admission to Rusty Paul’s talk is $10. Reservations are recommended as seating is limited.
