Lester Quinn Award, named for the first pastor of Saint Paul Church and intended for an individual with deep religious convictions. Msgr. Cull was also named chaplain emeritus and wished well in his retirement. State Deputy Herbert Meyer, the state’s top knight, was made an honorary member of Ramsey Council #3962. Meyer is also retiring from his position after many years of devoted service. Other Ramsey knights who were recognized were Past Grand Knight Stephen Adams, Knights of the Year Roger Spain and Anthony Salemo, and Columbian Club Man of the Year William Roll. “We only have a chance to pay tribute to individuals once a year,” stated Grand Knight Michael Adams. “June ends our calendar year, and this was a very moving evening of tributes to several outstanding men.”
