Outdoor Movie Night planned On July 26, “Despicable Me” will be shown on a 25foot screen at Commodore Perry Field, 550 Ramapo Valley Road in Mahwah, at 8:30 p.m. Admission is free for all Mahwah residents. The refreshment stand will be open. Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket or chairs. Shakespeare performance set The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey’s Next Stage eNSemble will perform “Love’s Labour’s Lost” on Tuesday, July 26 at 7 p.m. at the Mahwah Public Library. This abridged production of the bard’s pastoral comedy will be held in the Winter Room. No tickets are necessary. Seating will be provided on a first come, first served basis. For more information, call (201) 529-7323. ‘Tartuffe’ performance staged at library Moliere’s “Tartuffe” will be performed at the Mahwah Public Library on Wednesday, Aug. 3 at 7 p.m. Moliere’s famous farce of hypocrisy and manipulation is told with biting wit and escalating absurdity. The 17th century comedy is presented by the Next Stage eNSemble of the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey and is suitable for audiences age 12 and up. College winds up summer concert series The 2011 TD Bank Summer Concert Series hosted by The Ramapo College Foundation on the college campus, 505 Ramapo Valley Road, Mahwah will wind up the season with the Ring of Fire Band on July 28, when the band pays homage to country music icon Johnny Cash. Michael Patrick captures the sight of the “Man in Black” and Cash’s deep voice. The concert begin at 8 p.m. The performance is free, but parking is $5 per vehicle. Vacation Bible School to focus on heroes The Church of the Immaculate Conception is offering “Little Way” Vacation Bible School for children ages three through five.
