In this role, Berman will build employer relations and work to place online students into positions within their program of study. She also will further develop virtual career fairs and other tools that allow both on-site and online students and alumni to apply for career opportunities. “Berkeley College is dedicated to supporting our students and alumni in their career endeavors,” said Dario A. Cortes, Ph.D., president of Berkeley College. “Ms. Berman’s strong relationships with local employers will be an asset to the students enrolled through Berkeley College Online.” Berman previously served as director of the Berkeley College Corporate Learning Partnership Program, which provides costeffective employee development through online and on-site educational options. She is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Berman named director for Berkeley College Online Rosemarie Berman Mahwah Regional Chamber of Commerce. She is secretary of Ramsey Responds, a local nonprofit organization. Berman holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Pace University. A leader in business education for 80 years, Berkeley College is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and enrolls nearly 9,000 students, including more than 800 international students, in its baccalaureate and associate degree programs. Mullane has 14 years of commercial banking experience, most recently as assistant branch manager at ASB’s Midland Park location. Her experience also includes branch development and sales manager for a large New Jersey bank. Mullane holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Muhlenberg College.
