Page 8 THE VILLADOM TIMES IV • April 13, 2011 On March 16, Patrolman Jeff Guilfoyle was dispatched to an Interstate Shopping Center business for a shoplifter in custody. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 25year-old Lincoln Park man was arrested for shoplifting. On March 18, Patrolman Erik Sanders was dispatched to an Interstate Shopping Center business for a shoplifter in custody. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 54year-old Washington, DC woman was arrested for shoplifting. On March 20 at 9:34 a.m., Patrolman Mike Parise was conducting a radar detail on Route 17 North when he effected a motor vehicle stop on a speeding vehicle. During the course of the stop, marijuana, ecstasy, and drug paraphernalia were located in the vehicle. At the conclusion of the stop, three New York males were arrested: a 22-yearold from Albany, a 21-year-old from Poughkeepsie, and a 20-year-old from Little Neck. On March 21, Patrolman Mike Parise was traveling Route 17 South at 10:35 p.m. when he observed a vehicle tailgating another. A motor vehicle stop was conducted. During the stop, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located. A 24-year-old Troy, New York man was arrested. At 3:26 p.m. on March 22, a 62-year-old Suffern, New York man reported to the Ramsey Police Department to satisfy a traffic warrant. Sergeant LaManna processed the arrest. At 10:30 p.m. the same day, Patrolman Mike Parise was patrolling the Interstate Shopping Center parking lot when he observed a suspicious vehicle. An investigation led to the arrest of a 26-year-old New York man for possession of marijuana, possession of an illegal prescription drug, and drug paraphernalia. On March 25 at 5:32 p.m., Patrolman Anthony Fiore Borough of Ramsey Police Department Report was dispatched to the Mahwah Police Department to take custody of a 23-year-old Hillburn, New York man for a Ramsey traffic warrant. The man was transported to Ramsey Police Department where he posted bail. On March 26 at 10:28 p.m., Patrolman Mike Parise was traveling Route 17 South when he conducted a motor vehicle stop for equipment violations. The driver, a 21-year-old Kearny woman, was arrested for a traffic warrant.
