The wedding was held at The Estate at Florentine Gardens in River Vale on July 4, ensuring that their anniversary will always be filled with fireworks. The bride was attended by Maid of Honor Nell McGuire and bridesmaids Kimberly Reiss, Laura Maier, and Kathleen Munson. Brother of the groom, Seth Larson, served as best man. Steven Schiavello, brother-of-the-bride, was head usher. Andy Carlson, Brandon Smith, and Scot Corson were groomsmen. Ushers were Tim Cheston and Evan O’Reilly. Juliann Vikse, Sayuri Jinadasa, and Van and Robin Horneff were readers at the ceremony. The bride is a 2004 graduate of Ramsey High School and a 2008 graduate of Princeton University. She received her master’s degree from Columbia University in 2009. She is a structural engineer at Weidlinger Associates, a consulting engineering firm in New York City. The groom attended Colstrip High School in Montana and graduated from Montana State University in 2003. He Kira Schiavello marries is an account supervisor at Team One Advertising, a division of Saatchi & Saatchi in New York City, where he is currently working on the Lexus automotive brand. The couple honeymooned in Costa Rica and on a Mediterranean cruise, during which they visted Italy, Sicily, Greece, and Turkey. They plan to reside in New Jersey. Nadine and Richard Drake of Waldwick have announced the engagement of their daughter, Erica Michelle, to Michael Denis, son of Patricia and Joseph Scalise of Brooklyn, New York. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and is currently a nurse at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. Her fiancé graduated from Brooklyn College with a bachelor of science degree. He is employed by J.P. Morgan Chase as a business analyst. A June 2012 wedding is planned. Erica Michelle Drake engaged Rachael Maietta, Michael DeMaio to wed Rachael Maietta, daughter of Jerry Maietta and the late Robin Maietta, is engaged to Michael DeMaio, son of Robert and Lorraine DeMaio. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Ramapo High School and The College of New Jersey in Ewing. She earned a master’s degree in school psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is currently employed as a school psychologist in Glen Ridge. Her fiancé graduated from Wood-Ridge High School and is pursuing a degree in criminal justice from Thomas Edison State College. He is a Wyckoff police officer. A fall 2011 wedding is planned.
