Debbie is the founder of Wellspring Wellness Consulting, which offers wellness seminars and innovative health enhancement programs for individuals and groups. Wellspring Wellness Consulting offers seminars on a variety of health topics including nutrition, disease prevention, and stress management. For many of the group and individual health enhancement programs, Debbie uses a technique she calls “hypno-visualization” which infuses hypnosis with visualization, affirmations and imagery. Debbie uses these proven techniques to help her clients lose weight, reduce stress, quit smoking, boost self-esteem and improve sport and academic performance. Debbie has a Master’s degree in Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Fitness. She is a certified hypnotherapist, a recognized member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, and has been practicing hypnosis for over 20 years. In addition, to her work with Wellspring Wellness Consulting, Debbie teaches Human Nutrition and the Elements of Health and Wellness at a local university. As if this isn’t enough to keep this vibrant mother of 3 busy, Debbie is also pursuing her doctorate in psychology.
