Page 14 THE VILLADOM TIMES III • November 2, 2011 Area Hearts & Crafts Grief Counseling families recently received a unique and generous gift from Jacobsen Landscaping and Design Construction. The Saddle River and Midland Park based company sent a crew to the homes of two widowed mothers and their children, to perform a full day of weeding, mulching, pruning, and other seasonal yard work. The families were thrilled and grateful that the community reached out to them in this supportive way during an emotionally challenging time. “It was really a rewarding experience helping out an organization like Hearts & Crafts. They help many people in need and it is great that we can help contribute to the healing process by doing what we do best: taking care of the landscape,” said Mark Milidantri of Jacobsen. Both families were thrilled to receive the donated services. One mother called Hearts & Crafts in tears to give thanks for sending Jacobsen her way.
