It’s a great location – and my clients are great people,” Darryl says. Darryl is certified by the National Health and Fitness Academy, the American College of Sports Medicine, and Darryl Thomas the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is a certified Parrillo Master Trainer, and recently became certified as a high school conditioning coach under the auspices of the IYCA. This U.S. Marine Corps veteran and former football player has 25 years of experience as a personal trainer and 35 years of experience in the martial arts. “I love what I do. I take it personally,” Darryl adds. Fitness Forever offers convenient hours -- 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays, and 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays – so clients can work out before or after work, or in the middle of the day. After studying English at SUNY New Paltz and at William Paterson University, Mike became involved in advertising. The Lynns have two sons, Elijah and McKinley, both of whom are students in the Midland Park public schools. An avid sports fan, Mike also plays football and basketball, and coaches his sons’ recreational basketball and baseball teams.
