New police chief takes oath
John Wanamaker has been sworn in as the chief of the Ho-Ho-Kus Police Department. A standing room only crowd that included friends, family, and well-wishers from various local police departments witnessed the oath of office at last week’s public council meeting. Wanamaker is a 26-year veteran of the Ho-Ho-Kus Police Department and has earned multiple service awards, including two Live Saving Awards.
