Get ready to relax The Upper Saddle River Youth Guidance Council has planned its next Ready, Set, Relax Day for Tuesday, March 1. On this day, there will be no homework, no sports practices, and no scheduled activities – just a chance to reflect on daily activities and consciously choose what matters most – time with the family. As life becomes more scheduled with work, school, sports, and many other activities, taking one evening to relax and enjoy some downtime together becomes even more important. This evening is endorsed by the Upper Saddle River Youth Guidance Council, the Allendale Municipal Alliance, the Saddle River Municipal Alliance, the Ho-Ho-Kus Municipal Alliance, Upper Saddle River, Allendale, Ho-Ho-Kus, Saddle River, the Northern Highlands Regional High School, and the area’s public school districts. Residents are encouraged to pitch in as a family and cook a special meal together, pull out a favorite board game, or take turns reading aloud. Tennis permits available Tennis permits for the use of the Upper Saddle River tennis courts, located on West Saddle River Road in front of Reynolds School, will be available at borough hall, 376 West Saddle River Road, beginning March 28.
