He attended school in Waldwick and attended Ramsey High School. He worked at the Curtis Wright Company in Wood-Ridge, and later at Castillo Liquors in Waldwick. Before retiring, he managed the Crystal Lake Inn in Franklin Lakes. He is survived by his siblings Rose Garant of Saint Augustine, Florida, Dolores Barker and Evelyn Ganguzza, both of Wyckoff, and Louise Block of Mahwah, his close friend Pat Eichmann of Mahwah, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Julio and Mary Castillo, his brother Edward De Rocco, and his former wife Henrietta Knorr Castillo. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718. Cleo George of Mahwah died April 12. She was 93. She was owner and operator of Alexandria Restaurant in Fort Lee. She was a parishioner of Saint John the Theologian Greek Orthodox Church in Tenafly, and a member of the Midland Park Senior Center. She is survived by her children Maria Kalafatis, Penny Raggi, and Sandy Cocuzza, six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Spiros. Arrangements were made by Feeney Funeral Home in Ridgewood. Marion Agnes Goebbert of Ho-Ho-Kus died April 9. She was 81. She worked for British Overseas Airways Corp. at Kennedy Airport. She is survived by her husband Herbert John Goebbert Sr., her children Sue Ann Casale of Sherborn, Massachusetts and Herbert John Goebbert Jr. of Ho-Ho-Kus, and five grandchildren. Joan G. Hamilton of Brick, formerly of Ramsey died April 11. She was 81. She had been employed at Lee Cleaners in Ramsey for many years. She volunteered for DARE, was a member of the Ramsey Senior Club and the Old Stone House Historical Society, and a parishioner at Saint Paul’s R.C. Church in Ramsey. She is survived by her children Paul of Ramsey, Jodie Miller of Montvale, and Patti Abma of Brick, and five grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister Theresa Scafuro. He was 83. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII. Before retiring, he was employed at Bendix in Teterboro. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Wood-Ridge. He is survived by his wife Gloria (nee Alvarado), his children Sue Ostek of Teaneck, Claudia Puzo of Mahwah, Jackie Bruno of Ramsey, eight grandchildren, and two greatgrandchildren. William Nisbet of Midland Park died April 11. He was 82. Before retiring in the mid 1980s, he was employed by Eastman Kodak. He was a volunteer at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. He is survived by his son Jeffrey Nisbet and his wife Pat Nisbet of Midland Park, his grandchildren, Justin Nisbet of Brooklyn, New York, and Sarah Mazurek of Wanaque, and two great-grandchildren. She was a graduate of Tuxedo Park Nursing School and trained at Saint Vincent’s Hospital in New York City. She was a registered nurse for over 40 years. She is survived by her daughters Joan Sundquist of Mesa, Arizona, and Mary Dwyer of Boise, Idaho, and Carol Ritzinger of Novato, California, four grandchildren, and her sister Antoinette Greenwald of Paramus. He was a member IBEW Local Union 164. He is survived by his children Regina Rider, Nancy Rider, and James Rider, two grandchildren, his companion Connie Basso, and his brother Gerard Rider. Wesley Smith, Sr., for its Theologian in Residence program. Rev. Smith discussed the Gospel of John, and the question of Philip to Jesus, ‘Show us the Father,’ in the context of his 53 years of ordained ministry. Rev. Smith has been a pastor, professor and college president, and he is the father of Zion’s pastor, Wesley Smith, II. Rev. Smith’s grandson, Wesley Smith III is currently attending Princeton Seminary with the intention of being ordained.
