Each year, the Saddle River Valley Junior Woman’s Club opens its doors to area women to give them a glimpse of the organization, its goals, and achievements at its annual meeting. In addition to many new guests, they also invited two organizations with whom they have worked in the past year. The Center for Food Action and West Bergen Mental Healthcare educated prospective club members about the work their organizations do and the positive impact the SRVJWC has had on their missions in the past year. Project Ladybug, also in attendance, will be the benefi-
ciary of the club’s next fundraising event “Spring Trends to Accessorize You & Your Home” at Neiman Marcus on April 28. SRVJWC’s work involves community outreach projects and fundraising events for non-profit organizations on a local, regional, and statewide basis. The club also hosts socials for members and their husbands and offers activities for mothers and their children. The SRVJWC welcomes local women to attend an upcoming meeting or events. For details, contact Julie Belardinelli at (201) 962.7138 or visit SRVJWC.org.
