The WCA has submitted all plans, specs and requested changes to the DCA along with permit fees of over $1,200, according to Doug Cowie, the organization’s vice president. The organization was notified earlier this month that it Waldwick Community Alliance vaults another hurdle would not need a previously required seismic study.
