The polls will be open from noon to 9 p.m. Voters in Districts 4 and 5 are reminded that their polling place has changed. Instead of voting at the Church of the Presenta- School board introduces $22.2 million budget tion, residents of Districts 4 and 5 will cast their ballots at the Upper Saddle River Public Library, located at 245 Lake Street. The 2011-12 operating budget totals $20,659,605. The district will make use of grants in the amount of $230,000, and this year’s debt service, which was previously approved by the voters, totals $1,359,673.
