Residents in Wyckoff will observe the Tenth Anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks with services and memorials beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 11 with a Mass at Saint Elizabeth’s Church, 700 Wyckoff Avenue. The church will dedicate a 9/11 memorial on its campus immediately following the Mass. The memorial includes a piece of steel from the World Trade Center and plaque. In remembrance of 11 township residents lost on Sept. 11, 2001, a tree will be planted at Memorial Town Hall, 340 Franklin Avenue, at 5 p.m. At 6:30 p.m. Wyckoff Fire Protection Company #1, located at 1 Scott Plaza, will hold a remembrance ceremony at the Fallen Firefighters’ Memorial. All are invited to attend these memorial services.
