Bear Swamp Creek subject of exhibit The Cottage Place Gallery will present Four Seasons on Bear Swamp Creek: Paintings by Bob Demarest and Bill Logan at the Unitarian Society of Ridgewood through Nov.13. Demarest and Logan, local artists and friends, spent the better part of two years trying to capture the changing beauty of Bear Swamp Creek, a small, wild trout stream that empties into the Ramapo River in Mahwah.
